Four Guys 2019 NFL Mock Draft, Take 1.

Alas, one of the most exciting times of the year is here, and we get to indulge in the possibilities of franchise players and possible busts. In this Mock, I’m going to give you a list of who has what teams, and trades that the defacto GM’s made. Here we go.

#1 Cardinals – Nick Bosa #1 overall. I think NFL teams tend to pick the best player available regardless of position in the top 10 or so

#2 49ers – 49ers race up to the podium and take Josh Allen, Kentucky with the #2 pick. Ecstatic because the organization feels he is the best player in the draft and we need a great linebacker to solidify the defense.

#3 Jets – Jets take the next highest rated player on the board in Quinen Williams at #3. They need someone to take on double teams and Quinen Williams fills that need perfectly

#4 Raiders – Raiders take Rashan Gary Considering they need an Edge rusher since they traded away the best one in the NFL last season hopefully Gary is 1% of Mack .

#5 Buccaneers – Bucs take Jonah Williams, shore up that line and further show how even with a great OL, Winston is still useless.

#6 Giants – The Giants select, Kyler Murray, QB of OU. Feeling is that the Giants are in need of a QB that is a winner, and someone who can bring the swag that the young offensive weapons already ooze.

#7 Jaguars – The Jacksonville Jaguars have trades their 1st (7th OVR), 2nd, and a conditional 5th round pick to Carolina for Donte Jackson.

The Panthers select Clelin Ferrell, edge player our of Clemson. With Thomas Davis leaving, they move up to solidify they’re rushing attack on the defensive side of the ball.

#8 Lions – The Lions will send the eighth pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars for Jalen Ramsey and a future third.

With the 8th pick, the Jaguars select Dwayne Haskins, move on from Bortles, and look to run it back with new cap room.

#9 Bills – With the 9th pick, the Bills select Dexter Lawrence, DT out of Clemson. Shoring up the line, we need everything.

#10 Broncos – Broncos take Greedy Williams, LSU with the 10th pick. Needing help in the secondary with the absence of A.Talib very evident this past year, the Broncos feel Greedy Williams is the perfect fit for them at 10. A player that should have gone in the top 5 picks, but no teams had a need for a shut down corner

#11 Bengals – Bengals take the Best OL in the draft Cody Ford OT Oklahoma . Helps solidify the Line and give the red rocket more time in the pocket to find the play makers.

#12 Packers – Green Bay selects Devin White, LB outta LSU. White brings incredible athleticism and could be a leader on the horizon with Matthews ready to be gone.

#13 Dolphins – This pick annoys me, considering that we need an upgrade for Tannehill, but at this stage of the draft the Dolphins are going to be very happy with their 13th selection, Ed Oliver,

#14 Falcons – Falcons could use an Edge Rusher, so Montez Sweet helps bail out their Defense a bit. Lots of free agents on that side of the ball and the Falcons are trending the wrong direction so jumping ship is a likely scenario for most of them

#15 Washington – The Redskins select Jawaan Evans, OT from Florida. The GM apologizes for being so late but he just woke up.

#16 Jaguars – This annoys the hell out of me, but with the 16th pick the Jaguars select TJ Hockenson, TE from…..some shitty B10 school in the Midwest (AKA Iowa)

#17 Browns – Browns make a surprise selection and take explosive WR Marquise “Hollywood “ Brown to give Baker another weapon and Oklahoma product

#18 Vikings – The Minnesota Vikings select Dalton Risner, OT from K State. They gotta protect their Million Dollar Arm better.

#19 Titans – The Titans select Edge rusher from Florida J.Polite. He is anything but Polite however as he will wreck havoc on the opposing teams OLine. It’s a big need for Vrabel and the Titans

#20 Steelers – The Steelers select WR Deebo Samuel, since AB is still available and our receiver core needs to help Ben somehow throw for another 4500 yard season

#21 Seahawks – Seahawks select Bryon Murphy best CB available their hoping he can be the next great shut down corner.

#22 Ravens – Ravens select the mon-star WR from Ole Miss DK Metcalf they like his big build for their run first offense and they hope he can be what Boldin was.

#23 Texans – Texans select Josh Jacobs, the best RB in the draft. As Lamar Miller gets older we’re looking to pair Deshaun with a young backfield mate that can produce

#24 Raiders (via Bears) – Raiders select Christian Wilkins, Clemson. Taking another pass rusher here is exactly what the Raiders should do, hoping to make sure one of them can be the replacement for the second best defender in football.

#25 Eagles – Eagles select Zach Allen, Edge from Boston College. Anything to bolster a defense that can make them a player for years to come

#26 Colts – Colts grab Lonnie Johnson out of Kentucky

#27 Raiders (via Cowboys) – Hakeem Butler to add some WR depth

#28 Chargers – Greg Little OT Mississippi get some o-line help to help out the running game.

#29 Chiefs – Deandre Baker, CB out of Georgia. Baker brings a CB that likes to stick with receivers and gives himself a chance at the ball every time.

#30 Packers (via Saints) – The Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to a trade that sends Antonio Brown to the Green Bay Packers for this pick and a third round pick next year.

The Steelers select Nassir Adderley, to bolster a secondary that was questionable at best.

#31 Rams – Dre’Mont Jones, DT out of OSU. Cause, why not bolster their already stacked line.

#32 Patriots – With the last pick in the 2019 1st round patriots select QB Daniel Jones from Duke. He’s very bright, he’s going to be able to swallow the information you’re going to need to swallow in that offense in due time. He has touch and accuracy. Does not have a huge arm, but just a real smooth, rhythm quarterback, which is something they value in a big way.
