As the season is nearly upon us, many people will end up getting into the 17 leagues that they only pay attention to two of. But, why not be the best in those two? Here’s the way too early rankings for the top 5 players in each position (in no particular order).
No suprise here. Rodgers is a top three quarterback each and every year in fantasy sports. This year will not change any as he has added a new shiny toy in Martellus Bennett.
How couldn’t he be? Unless the NFL MVP of the 2016 is gonna fall off a cliff, hell even if he did his receiving would keep him afloat and in the top five.
This man will make it in solely because he is still the running back and quarterback, although McCaffery will take a huge load off the former MVP’s shoulders.
This is all based on his health and wether Martavus Bryant makes it back this season. If he does, this is an all time offense with a future Hall of Famer at the helm.
Sleeper pick for this category. Adding DeSean with Mike Evans and ASJ, this offense has a chance to be deadly, and dint forget Jameis can run too.
Did you really think he was gonna lose production behind that line? The man broke the rookie rushing record and damn near won MVP. His future is bright, kinda like the trophy you might hoist if you have him on your squad.
The former Badger blew up last year, rushing for 1000 yards and 10 TD’s while adding 400 receiving yards. Expect more of a work load.
He came out of nowhere to become the #1 running back last year. With his dual production, he will be a top back for years to come.
This man is a freak of nature. Bell almost took the Steelers all the way to the title game until his partner in crime went down. Expect nothing but the same from him, and maybe even more.
Bursting on to the scene with two consecutive 200 yard rushing games, Ajayi will surely get the attention from fantasy owners that need that workhorse back, and every person who takes him for their #1 will surely be pleased with their decision.
